I am looking for a part for a IBSOPHONE

There are two connectors to the main unit. One of them for the headset and one of them to the divers cable.

From interspiro the divers cable can be altered to a 1,5 m cable with connector and the 1,5 m cable with connector is what I am looking for.

where can i get this and how much will it be ??
